Description of Goods
Many of the products we sell are of a descriptive nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch & AMEX. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number – the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Chunkydory product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Chunkydory reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Chunkydory reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Chunkydory shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Chunkydory without notice at any time, for any reason.
